Our 2018 event theme is Bonding with Bots Genesys is commissioning the MIT Technology Review to build upon the 2017 research around becoming an iconic brand which found a correlation between an organisations early and committed investment in AI in their CX infrastructure, and its ability to enhance and sustain industry-leading levels of brand awareness and loyalty.
