CX Leaders Council (CXLC) is the annual gathering of world leading customer experience organisations, attracting 100+ senior leaders in CX from some of the world’s most iconic brands. This year, taking place 25-26 October at the Sheraton Grand Mirage in Port Douglas, Great Barrier Reef, a UNESCO listed World Heritage Area.
